The hotel is located in a residential area but near the market. We booked the suite room and it was big and spacious. The washroom was big and clean. The food was awesome. We stayed there for 6 days and ordered multiple dishes and every dish was superb

Room is very spacious , bathroom is also very clean & hygienic . Room service & staff behaviour is outstanding. Overall Phoenix’s residency is very very good hotel entire Shillong. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

The property is neat and clean. Staff is helpful, nice and really accomodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. The highlight of this stay was the food. The food is really tasty.

We booked total 4 rooms, among those two rooms were for 3 adults. They provided extra bed for 3 pax rooms which i find very convenient. Rooms are literally giant in size, with sofa and small dine in tables and wardrobes. Some negatives that management should look after is that there was issue with the water taps in all 4 rooms, the tap was coming out in hand while operating, one of the door locks was malfunctioning. Location is a good one if anyone wants to be away from crowded market area. Car parking is also there, no need to walk with luggage. Staffs are very professional and friendly. Food is also good in their restaurant.

Stay was nice, staff is cooperative and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. We checked in early and our room was not prepared till that time, so staff shifted us to the prime room without making us wait. And without taking any extra charges. So really nice experience. Food is also good

The suite is awesome at phoenix residency. Loved our stay. Will recommend, if you may afford. It's quite spacious and you can watch the sunrise from the room itself.

Nice facilities in hotel, but it is little away from main centre i. E, police bazar. If you like calm place, it is superb.

Stayed here during my meghalaya trip. Located just adjacent to the main road, it has vast parking spaces. Room that was provided was pretty good in size, wifi, intercom, sitting chairs and centre tables, tv, coffee maker all were available, together with a clean toilet with toiletries and a small balcony. Food was pretty tasty and service was prompt.

Good stay at. The hotel. The staff are very cooperative and gentle. Overall a good experience staying at the hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel for a trip of shilong in meghalaya

Good place to stay at shillong. Around 4-5kms from police bazaar but it's accessible well by transport. Quiet and good place at reasonable price and facilities available
