Entry from the basement, old property, no air circulation, room size good, not all rooms have balcony so the property photos are misleading,

Before check-in itself Hotel informed to the customer regarding the room, that's Balcony room was not available and hotel given option to customer either he can cancel with refund or he can convert to Suite room, but both option he denied. Later he physically seen the non balcony... Read more

Extremely disappointed

This hotel our overall experience got very depressing only because of this stay. I wish i could have opted for some other hotel. The images uploaded are probably of that time when it was newly built, however the current state of room is really pathetic. Furniture is broken, cheap linens, visibly dirty doors, leaking taps, non working geysers and towel provided was probably many years old. Seems they built it and don't know it needs to be maintained too. Price was too high for such a cheap room but they declined to refund or change room, though i doubt for other rooms too. Hotel staff was good, they allowed late check-in and kept food too but seems for cleanliness and maintenance even they can't help. It should be understood by owners, this place needs serious renovation and if that can't be done atleast maintain hygiene and cleanliness. In such pandemic situations who would like to touch dirty door and handles. The food was bad too both in terms of quality and quantity and yes they serve same things daily. My experience got so horrible that i don't think i will be able to opt for home stay in future.

Very misleading info

Its a dingy and dirty hotel. Taps are leakimg, ac is leaking, dust everywhere, poorly washed linen. Simply awful to run and list such facility
