I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were incredibly polite and helpful throughout. The service was impeccable, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. This hotel is centre of city, nearest to rishikesh railway station. Also near to triveni ghat where you can observe ganga aarti in evening time. Neat. N clean.

If you want to visit Rishikesh for Ganga Aarti, then The President is the best place to stay. The hotel is within walking distance of Triveni Ghat. You can take a holy dip at Ghat and come back to your room. It is not very far from Lakshman Jhula, Ram Jhula, and Janaki Jhula. As it is located on the main road, you will easily get local transport. Or you can ask the hotel people to get you two-wheelers. They will provide it to you at the cost of ₹600. The hospitality of the hotel is exceptional. They are always on their toes to help their customers.

Safe for solo traveller

Hotel is right in between market. So it is safe for solo traveller. Besides 5-7 mins walk to triveni ghat so we can attend aarti and get back. For eating 2-3 hotels are there and thelas are there. Hotel is good. For some things you have to ask and take. But staff is good and you will get what you want. In short nice and safe stay for solo as well as family.

The stay was good. It was very nearby the triveni ghat on the main road itself. Rooms and bathroom was also very clean.

The property is approx 1 kms from triveni ghat. There are some shops and cafes near this hotel. One negative aspect is that they don't have a restaurant in house. Size of rooms can also be better.

The property is at a prime location, waking distance to triveni ghat. Parking can be a issue as they only they do not have space for all the guest bookings in hotel. The staff was not cooperative, we asked to extend for half an hour to have breakfast, but they kept calling us to check out else they will charge 300/hour. You have to use stairs sometimes, as hotel staff kept the lift power supply off and every time you have to ask them to switch on.

Property is okay. But the amenities should be a little bit more. The staffs are supportive. Location wise ( triveni ghat is walking distance) it's very good. Car parking facilities are here.

Hotel outer was good. But had cockroaches in room and the furniture required maintenance. Untidy rooms n stains on bedsheet, blankets n chair. Not a value for money i spent.

The hotel was approximate according to money they are charging. Clean room and bathroom. Triveni ghat is 5 minute walk. There is also an elevator so it's convenient for the elderly.

Sheets had hairs on them definitely wasn't changed no towel no kettle no tv connection the only good thing is location if you are looking to stay close to triveni ghat but u anyway take a tot o taxi to get to the ghat so might as well spend a bit more time travel-ling and stay in a clean hygiene room.
