Breakfast was chargeble wherr I book everytime with breakfast I was not intimated by Hotel staff till the time of checkout and suddenly told that breakfast was chargeable

The hotel location is good but the room lob is not ventilated and stinks badly. Also the floor carpet is all soiled with some spillage and stinks. The washrooms are not clean.
