Very pleasant stay. Staffs are so polite. Foods are awesome. And location is also good. Rooms and bathrooms cleans.

Very nice hospitality, very clean and fresh. Very nice washroom and a great resturant with amazing food quality very famous in krishna nagar must try biriyani. Non veg is above average and vegetables is good too but can be better. New hotel so all new and effective hope they will keep the good work and keep maintaining in future. 17 km (30 min) from mayapur iskon temple so very recommended if want a luxury stay.

Good rooms. There is no lift. We have to walk down to restaurant thru steps all the way to another building. Checkout time is 10. 30 am very uncommon.

Hotel premium inn : the gold room is small in size. But diamond room is good. Complementary breakfast is not having multiple option. Need to improve. But decor of hotel is good.

Hotel room is small but was good and well managed. But pathetic are points like - 1. Breakfast. Only one choice can be taken from 5 options like either puri sabzi, or roti sabzi, or bread butter and cornflakes milk. And can have a tea. It's like having in a small sweet shop or so. 2. No fruits, no juice, no other option 3. One more, only one water bottle of 500 ml is given as complementary in the room next water are chargeable. So they should clearly mention all these like breakfast for name shake.

It didn't look like a hotel, more like a lodge. Food quality & taste not good. Basic amenities like hair dryer not available.
