Review Of The Pushkar Bagh Resort

Property was good .. but service was poor, no running hotwater, poor internet service, no entertainment like TV, no indoor games. Food was good ... but there was challenge of Hygiene

The resort itself is very good. Scenic views full of greenery and peace. You can enjoy there with your friends and families. Staff is very polite and promptly helpful. Overall stay was nice. Food is average. Continental breakfast is not there. But whatever items available are tasty. Plus one thing to be keep in mind is that they don't provide mini bar and intercom services. Staff name mahendara, jeet and bhanwar singh were very nice and helpful.

Need to complaint for worst experience in terms of service of make my trip which ensured that my trip is a spoiled endeavour.

It was issue about booking, we got trouble at hotel,

I was traveling from jaisalmer to gurgaon, and planed to stay overnight to break the journey. This resort is very average, we got the garden cottage with bf for 7k, and it's not worth it. The place had a lot under construction, the food was very bad, like the chicken tikka was hard and service manager had taken 2 orders and returned saying it's not available. Rooms were clean but taps were loose, and a lot of dirt/uncleanly outside. Overall, it wasn't worth it. I will not recommend.

Resort is in unsafe location. There was no proper security measures in resort. Rooms are very dirty, bathroom fittings leaking, flush not working. Nobody cares

I had the most harrowing experience with pushkar bagh. Despite giving me a booking confirmation 5 days before i was denied check in. The location of the property is on the outskirts of the city and there is no pucca road leading to his place and no street lights too. It is literally in the middle of nowhere. No way to call for room service since room telephones weren’t working. Bathrooms weren’t clean. The entire bathroom was leaking and flooding. We had to remind the staff repeatedly to get anything done at this place. This really isn’t a 4 star property. Please don’t be fooled by the pictures.

Facilities are good and hygienic. Ambience: Excellent. Staff: Polite and kind. Location: Bit hard to find as Google maps will take you to back side of the hotel.
