Everything is good except the thing that hotel doesn't not have in-dining facility you have to order food from outside or order the hotel staff to get the order from nearby restaurant

The room was clean and fairly comfortable, with simple decor and all the basic essentials provided. The bed was decent, though not particularly plush, and the lighting felt a bit dim, especially in the evening. The bathroom was tidy, with enough towels and toiletries, but the water pressure could have been better. Overall, the room served its purpose, but for the price, I expected a bit more comfort and attention to detail.

Rooms are not clean. Stain mark in blanket. Washing is not clean. Only good is the welcome kit. Ciggerate burn bedsheet. Staying is terrible. Will stay never.

The rai palace hotel is a wedding venue with rooms. The rooms are comfortable but there is definitely a need for improvement. The service staff is helpful but with constraints as the hotel lacks a kitchen and if you want to have a hot cup of tea or breakfast they get it from a restaurant right across. The hotel needs to have at least a tea arrangement in the room with kettle, tea bags, sugar and milk. But considering mu is an upcoming town of up my stay was comfortable within all the constraints.
