Good place to stay with family

Poor facility and hospitality. The owner's son (don't know his name) was managing our stay who is literally a fake person. We reached homestay on 9th February 2025 at midnight and stayed in hanuman room and ram room (two double-bed room). And we had the worst experience in that stay. First, The bathroom didn't have any toiletries. And the bedsheets were filled with dust. They provided single-bed quilt for the double-bed. Secondly, mosquitoes were in the room but they didn't provide any repellent. Instead gave us agarbatti to light. Thirdly, The fake ill-mannered boy told us that in the morning you'll get breakfast and will arrange a person who will directly take you to the ram mandir for the darshan. We all were very happy to know about it. *But to our surprise in the morning* 1. That guy told us we will not give you breakfast as we don't provide it. (We opposed it and they said we can't help it). 2. We asked him that you told us that you will send someone who will help us in the darshan. He said I didn't say anything. (We thought we should have recorded his fake promises.) 3. At night we asked them to provide us the mineral water bottle. That fake boy said we have Aquaguard water not the mineral bottle. We said ok then give us that only. The water tasted pathetic. In the morning, they charged us Rs 60 per bottle that was filled from "Aquaguard". (Simply looting the customer). When we opposed they said it's our rule. 4. During the bill clearance, he was trying to loot us by charging us extra Rs 500/1000's thinking that the customer is stupid and will just give the money as asked. We literally shouted at him then he got scared that he was not able to fool us. 5. That boy had the audacity to say give us 5 star rating please on Google. So, if you're planning to go to Ayodhya and don't want to loose your precious hard-earned money then NEVER BOOK this "RAMALAY STAY" homestay. You'll have worst experience if you do.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this wonderful property! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in process even at a late hour. They went above and beyond to make sure we arrived safely and comfortably. The breakfast, served upon request, was absolutely delightful. But what truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality we received, which made us feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

I tried calling all the mentioned numbers multiple times but nobody answered even once. The main door to the homestay was locked & the caretaker said he had lost the key. We had to enter from their personal premises which had two dogs who started barking at us when we entered. There was nobody at the reception. We asked for water & the caretaker took 2 hrs just to give water - that too when we reminded him again. The description of the property mentions a lot of amenities like TV etc. there was no TV in the room. The TV at the reception area was also not functional. For the price that they charged, I could’ve easily gotten a much better place to stay. MMT should thoroughly review these places from time to time. It was not a good experience. The only good thing was that the bathroom was clean enough.

5 star rating overall, best in hospitality and staff was very polite and always ready to help. The hotel is perfect for family and groups. They arrange everything we need in a few minutes. The overall experience was good.

An excellent experience and a true value for the money. The career tracker mr. Yadav was all ears to any need and he stretched himself to ensure that i am not short of just the advice but also all logistics support. Good neat property however slightly difficult to locate as it is detailed wrongly for its coordinates in google map. Overall. 5/5.

I was there for ram mandir visit. Staying here in ramalaya was really a memorable experience. Except for the approach road, newly built ramalaya has all the good facilities with soothing ambiance & comfortable rooms. I was impressed by the staff. Manager & attendants was very friendly & also extremely helpful. The food was really outstanding. I'll certainly be staying here again.
