I always prefer to stay in whenever I visit srinagar and since I didn't get room in I looked for other hotels. I have seen Renaissance before also during my business trips to Srinagar. Since my customer is located near to the hotel I booked the room there. The hotel is worth to stay and it is value for money. The food and hospitality I experienced at hotel are great. I strongly recommend guests to stay in this hotel during your stay in Srinagar.

Nice hotel helpful staff tidy rooms nice washroom over all value for money and comfortable stay with all facilities which a 5star hotel has will recommend this hotel I think best in Srinagar or may be in Kashmir.

Our room was clean and staff are humble. Dye to curfew they were unable to get food supplies ... But they some how managed to serve us dinner and breakfast ... Very good people ... Park outside is beautiful

It was clean location was excellent food a bit expensive as compared to others but quality other wise good I would recommend people to go to kashmir as the terrorism is just a media hype I could jog on the streets of Srinagar and it's a decent place. These guys deserve tourists.

Rooms are spacious and with all facilities like TV, storage, room heater, personal heater, bed warmer, dressing table, hair dryer, bathtub, hour water and toiletries. AC is not available. Room lightings are dull. Mattresses are extra soft and too comfortable. Breakfast is also good with north Indian, south Indian and English dishes.

Perfect hotel to stay with family. These guys believe in great hospitality and won't leave you disappointed for sure. I am glad I stayed here for two days. Location is in army cantt area so no need to worry about anything and yes they provide speedy Wi-Fi.

Good and nice hotel on the road, near to Dal Lake gate, all is near. Hotel staff is nice. Hotel is very good. Breakfast is very nice and service well done. Reasonable price from Makemytrip and good value for your Money.

Our check in was smooth, front desk and all other staff were cooperative. Breakfast was good. Stay was comfortable. We recommend this hotel for stay. Price given by MMT was excellent and we cannot think of this kind of services in the amount we have paid.

We had an excellent stay and experience. I booked the hotel through makemytrip with a good deal at great discount. From the reception, housekeeping to restaurant all staff were courteous, helpful and receptive to our needs. Rooms are very spacious, neat and nice.

We booked two rooms and both the rooms were well maintained and clean. Food was really good and staff members were polite. Front desk office was very understanding & helped us for local sights view. Overall hotel was very impressive. I will definitely recommend this hotel as it was a great deal through MMT.

This hotel is very clean & food was very good. All staff of hotel is cooperative & their behavior to go up to the mark. Breakfast was also good. Walking distance for Dal lake so good location wise. Grooming of staff was 100% & trained. Overall I will give maximum mark.
