The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Awesome stay at ritz carlton pune, enjoyed buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. All were too lav8sh. All staff was very helpdul and polite. Room was excellent with all required amenities. We enjoyed our stay. Infinity pool view is stunning

Stay duration:june 30th - july 2nd i had a fantastic stay at the ritz-carlton, pune. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. My room was luxurious, clean, and well-equipped with excellent amenities. The rooftop pool provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere with breathtaking views. Dining options were diverse and delicious. Overall, an outstanding experience that i highly recommend. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay!

Location, food and all amenities were excellent. The service level and the people managing the front desk, restaurants, room service were all very professional and it was true service with a smile.

Property is excellent. It has an incredible experience in regards to hospitality, you don’t need to say anything to the staff as they are professionally trained and very humble. I was there to celebrate a special occasion, and i must say it was the best decision ever.

Spa improvement

The property's location, food, amenities and services were all excellent each and every staff was very polite, humble and was also very helpful for every little thing but i had some miss conversation issue at the spa. I thought that only 1000 has to be paid after services and it is a part of my package but after i took the services i was charged 8000 so some communication improvement needs to be made on the part of the staff at spa because we really had problem managing our cash post our stay at the hotel
