I was referred to this property by one of my friend, location was awesome. They have all the rooms with view to lake. The food they serve was excellent specially access to tea in the evening with open terrace and view to hills and lake. They arranged special night show with bonfire. Thanks to owner and property manager for such a wonderful stay experience.

We stayed at sarovar portico rose-finch in early december and the overall stay was amazing. We stayed in the luxury room on the 4th floor and the view was mesmerizing. The location was great, next to bhimtal lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our requests. We also requested a special arrangement of candle light dinner with a bonfire which was really well taken care of by pawan, virender and satendra. Recommended to all. They also provide shuttle service free of cost which is very helpful. Given the price we paid, it was worth a stay.

Amazing view of bhimtal lake from hotel. Way to hotel from main road is narrow and hotel is having limited parking.

Luxury room best property in bhimtal, rooms are spacious and fully neat and comfortable. Staff is so polite and helpful. Food is good and lots of variety to eat in breakfast. Will definitely come again.

Very pleasant stay, the property is very well maintained with good and comfortable rooms. We booked a family duplex room and my teenagers really enjoyed their stay. Food is also very good and they have plenty of options in the menu.

Good service, from water sports and paragliding, we did everything and the hotel staff helped us to go to the spots and everything else. And the view! from my room- one word - breathtaking. And food- we ordered jain food - and it was so delicious. Amazing staff, satisfying stay.

Nice lake facing hotel with good food & hospitality-bhimtal

About the hotel: the hotel is nice, rooms & bathroom are neat & clean, location lake facing & is 5 minutes walk from bhimtal lake. Parking: in hotel, they don't allow parking due to limited space. They have a separate private parking space with guard few kms away from hotel. They provide shuttle service to & from for convenience of guest to the parking & also to bhimtal local market(8am to 8pm) dining: the food quality and hospitality is very good. The master chef mr prakash, restaurant manager satyender, and his entire serving team takes care very well. They don't have dinner buffet daily unless they have big booking. The buffet is good. But if no buffet, ala-karte dining may turn out to be a bit expensive comparatively. They also serve high tea in the evening with nice masala tea & cookies which can be enjoyed sitting in lap of nature. Caution: being a forest, sometimes monkeys intrusion is there on the walking track in & around hotel location. Avoid walking on the main highway road alongside bhimtal lake due to heavy traffic and no space for walkers.

Location of property is just next to bhimtal but view is obstructive because of trees but from deck you can have good view. At a certain height it help to avoid vehicular noise
