Dear Sharad, I appreciate your feedback on your stay with us. You've made some valid points about the patio area and we understand where you're coming from. However, your mention of there being no chair or adequate seating is something which is already mentioned in the site through which you have booked. The next higher category which is Luxury Rooms has a Sit out Balcony. With regards to non smoking - this is also clearly mentioned in the site and this has been implemented to ensure that the next guest doesn't feels uncomfortable due to the tobacco smell of the previous guest. Though for the convenience of the non-smokers we have kept few smoking zones across the property. Dear Sharad, We understand your concern. The standard check in time is 2 PM. You reached hotel around 10Am and were waiting for the guests to check out. Once the rooms checks out we also need time to clean the room. Around 12:30 you went outside the hotel and came back around 14:30 hrs, and immediately the room was offered.
