Room to small and no proper decorative wall and selling dark shadow on wall but free breakfast buffet not include. You give order then serve items.

Behaviour of staff members were good. They also provided the pick and drop to the yatra point. Morning tea was bery good. Only one thing that was not good was the curtains of the room was not big enough to stop the penetration of the street light.

Neat & clean rooms with hygienic washroom. Being a family room, it has a beautiful view of mata vaishno devi way up the hill from the window particularly during night courteous staff i had a comfortable stay with my family.

The staffs here are very supportive. Had some issue with my driver and then they jumped in quickly and sorted things out. The restaurant have good food. Rooms are of decent size
