I have stayed for a night. My overall experience at the hotel was great. I have order dinner from hotel and it was delicious. Hotel ambience is great, rooms and bathroom are spacious. Location is also good. I recommend stay at hotel.

The stay was average, the furniture felt a bit old. Service was decent. Not felt value for money. There were no tissues/ towels in the room or other proper toiletries. There is scope for improvement.

Not a hotel is a marriage hall no sound proof hall up to 1:30 full sound in rooms and people shouting around the room. Room also not cleaned. Bad experience

No service. Room bad quality with termite in doors. Torn bed sheet, very small bath area jet not working, not seen this anywhere. No tv remote in room, delayed service, given bath towels . Only one tea bag for twin occupancy. In the night service boys sleep in hotel rooms

Water bottle cost is 30 rp why? when mrp is 20 rp. On that, 2nd i booked for 3 adults, they demanding extra money for same. No doubt hotal is good, neet & clean, but this type of activity is not good. Mean i m not getting this

The service was pathetic, i had booked with complementary breakfast but buffet was not available. The room service staff is non responsive. They gave menu for ordering but 80% of the items are not available. Worst experience.

Despite of booking surety with makemytrip, the hotel, people said that there is no room and it’s full so we were getting late for some function. If the app is so accurate with their bookings, there should not have any issue regarding room occupancy. This is very lame on their part. Sorry but this is nonsense bribing
