I arrived and there was no one there. Called a number on the door got told receptionist gone to lunch. Had to wait 15 minutes. Room was upstairs and discovered there’s no wifi despite being advertised as having it. Then the boy walked me to another branch about 10 mins away again entrance on 1st floor. Next morning no hot water so had to go out with no shower. Food is delivered to room from outside dhaba. So stayed two nights. No shower and on leaving i asked for discount asking if they could fire the food bill in lui of not getting any hot water. And got verbal abuse including swearing. So. They took my suitcase and locked it in the room till i paid the food bill.
