The property is not well-maintained and cleanliness is a major issue. The rooms are not clean and have a bad smell. The bathrooms are cramped and not ventilated. The furnishings are old and broken. The dining hall is smelly and the tablecloths and plates are untidy. The staff does not clean the rooms properly and the curtains, foot rugs, and towels are dirty.
