The location was really nice you can get a cab just from the date of the hotel for anywhere. The food quality -wise was very hygienic and the best part was the taste which was maintained while maintaining hygiene. I think, after the lapse of the era of covid the hotel has maintained all the safety standards as it was before or during covid. Thus i give full marks to the hotel it was the great and very pleasant stay with my family having a kid aged about six years.

The hotel is located in the development area, around 35min walking from mg marg. The rooms were clean and big, with beautiful views from the rooms. The food was excellent and staff behavior was very polite and professional. For people looking to stay here, mg marg is walkable, but if you have elderly people, please use a cab, and that will cost 200 maximum.

The hotel has quite reasonable rates as compared to other properties in same location and the best thing is the view. The staff is also polite and food is also good

Stay in hotel royal heritage is excellent. Rooms are spacious and neatly maintained. We stayed in superior mountain view rooms. Staff are courteous. Food room service timings can be enhanced till 10pm.

If you are planning to visit gangtok royal heritage is the perfect place to stay in gangtok. Its in development area and facilities are good. Rooms are super clean and food is delicious. And staffs are very cooperative. Highly recommended.

Amazing wifi and service. Beautiful view room. Clean washrooms. Our stay was very safe. Hotel area and rooms were clean and hygenic. Including breakfast. Good quality food.

We stayed as a couple for only a day. The superior rooms were large and spotlessly clean. The washroom was huge with a bathtub and a transparent glass wall to enjoy the view of the valley and the mountain. Food was good. Staff behavior was excellent. Location was convenient (1 km from sadar police station) - highly recommended. Will stay here when we visit gangtok next time.
