Well, the place and the surrounding was actually really good and the room service and reception was always on response they get things done within minutes, they were no interruption from the hotel staff for any reason, and Zomato and Swiggy were delivered within minutes if you are looking for something outside.

The food quality is also good, and it's convenient that the hotel offers its own dining service. However, communication from the housekeeping and other staff needs improvement. It would be better if they could proactively guide and inform guests in advance to ensure a more comfortable and welcoming stay. which I truly appreciate.
