Best hotel in Sarai Juliana area, all hotel staff very friendly, bed and room are awesome cleanliness I stay there three-days and night amazing experience. The location is good and the rooms are even available at the ground floor itself, Room service and cleanliness is not good but the complimentary breakfast is good but if you delayed to have it by going at the dining room then you will lose some of the foods, it also contains a sitting area where anybody is going to meet you at the hotel.

Location is super as everything is accessible and near by, food taste is really amazing. I will give it 5 star rating in budget hotel range. Surroundings of this hotel also good to enjoy in night. Over all super.

I stayed for one night and I found peaceful stay on capital metro. Advanced confirmation of my booking. Well equipped room. Staff behaviour was good. They gave free breakfast. Nice tasty food. All services was nice I may stay again if I get any chance to visit Delhi. Thank you MMT for fastest booking services.

Great location. Friendly staff. Excellent service. The food was good. I would recommend to everyone. I do travel a lot and service at this price is rare. The rooms are cosy, well-maintained and comfortable. The food specially, the rotis were excellent and tasted as home. It was a pleasant stay. I would like to stay here again.

It was a cordial atmosphere. The stay was good. Comfortable rooms. The breakfast was readily prepared as per the liking and served. All in all a good place.

Hotel is good. Located in a nice area. It is a little old property. Some renovation is required. Still maintained well. The owner is very friendly.

Good facility and delicious food. Courteous staff. The facility is secured during late night hours which is really great. Good for those who are looking for deals at minimum price and with great and clean facility.

Royal Residency's attractiveness is its decent location. Near Matha Mandir of New Friends colony. Rest all is so. Yeah another highlight is the parathas which were laid out for breakfast. Rooms, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, maintenance. Are all average. Not fit for business travellers. It is more of a Guest House than a hotel. Do not take the second floor- the rooms have to be accessed under the solar panel and water tanks in the terrace !!

Stay was good but make sure the second floor is not hotel room. Ground floor and first floor is excellent. When any person make a booking of this hotel no need to book second floor. Location of this hotel is good and staff is also good.

Good for the price

Pros: The room and other amenities were good for the price we paid. The buffet breakfast was also excellent. Cons: The room initially offered by the Hotel was on the terrace for which the access root was not good. For the better room I had to pay Rs. 500 extra. There was no complimentary water bottle even after paying extra 500 Rs. But they waved of the charge when I insisted. Some fittings in the bathroom were not working properly and some of the essentials were missing like a Tap or Water Jet beside the toilet sheet.

For me it worked out better since my brother lives in New Friends Colony. It is more like a guest house than hotel. Surrounding are okay with shops and restaurants so it works out okay. Prices appears to be a bit higher for the facility it offers.
