Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The staff is totally unprofessional, They are greedy and if even a droplet of something will be there on there sheet, they will charge you like 2500-3000 just for the bedsheet, they are greedy as hell. Totally unprofessional and low class cheap behaviour of the staff. Experience here was worse and won’t recommend this hotel to anybody, the staff and ambience here is just zero.

Couples are not treated well by supervisor. I have visited 3 times at this hotel. This is my last visit due to supervisor behaviour. I tried to sort it out with receptionist but they just said sorry softly and didn’t acknowledge my concern due to supervisor.
