Good hotel for solo, family & business travelers

Very good hotel in cbd of kolkata, clean rooms, wash rooms & with all amenities. Their complimentary breakfast spread is good. Staff are courteous & serve with smile. Standard rooms are compact & little space for luggage. They have excellent bar & restaurant in 5th floor. Their ground flour ( pepper chino) serve wide range cuisine & they are delicious. They do provide free wifi.

Very comfortable rooms

The rooms are very spacious and cozy. Beds are comfortable with clean bed linen and pillows. The bathroom is clean with hot water available. The property also has restaurant with good food. The breakfast was very good with multiple options available. Plus the location of the hotel is superb, located in the heart of the city.

A very warm place where you'll feel welcomed

A very prominent hotel located in the heart of surat bass road, we were immediately welcomed and settled without much hassles. The breakfast spread was good with idle sambar being the staple. The room was very clean and apt, the washrooms were clean too. They kept replenishing our bathroom supplies. The minibar was well stocked and there were also complimentary snacks! room service was good. Food at both the restaurants, cloud tavern (rooftop) and pepper chino (ground floor) was good. The staff at pepper chino were extremely courteous. The best oart was that they went out of their way, let us check out late and helped us by safely keeping our luggage at the reception while we run last day errands. Thank you, team samilton, you guys are really good!

This is the 2nd time i have stayed here. Their staff and rooms are clean. Dibendu the restaurant is always very helpful and goes out of his to make sure i was happy with everything! will definitely stay here again when i’m back in kolkata
