I am surprised how you have enlisted this resort on your booking app. The cottagees lack basic amenities like kettle geyser looking glass mini bar intercom for room service etc. Most of the dishes on menu are not available. There is no power back up. The cottage is not worth of even 2k per day for which we paid 4. 5k per day. The executive of make my trip had not verified the resort before enlisting it in app. I demand full refund of my booking of 2days and suitable compensation from you for ruining our holidays.

On arrival road towards hotel from main hill road is in pathetic condition can damage your car on arrival at noon time. Hotel owner refuses to serve you food excuse is nothing available.
