Room was good but cleanness was not upto mark. Bed sheet and cups etc not clean. No water bottle etc.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent hotel booking at Shagun comfort stay omaxe lucknow, Unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet even the basic standards of hospitality. The issues i faced during my stay include: - stains on the bed - webs in the room - no water facilities - no security - no wifi - poor coordination and unresponsive owner - being given three separate flats in separate buildings these issues made my stay extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. I request you to look into this matter urgently and take necessary actions to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. I would appreciate a refund for my booking and compensation for the inconvenience caused. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take prompt action to resolve this issue. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Room, linen towel bathroom was dirty. We had to move out to another property.
