place is good, staff and management are good, rooms are little old and hence damp

It was indeed an amazing experience in hotel shire.The staff were cordial and polite.The ambience was also very good.

It was grate place to stay at property, they have beautiful restaurant with music and delicious food and good ambience, value for money stay and we also done bonfire and some activities.

Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, good location, good quality food a bit overpriced food, no carpets in the room

I could not stay at shire. My room was booked for 24th dc after 1 pm. My train mahananda express was late by 9 hrs. So i reached siliguri at 12. The owner of the guest house called me at 4 or 5 pm around to tell that if i come after 10 pm hotel would not be available. I was astonished at their behaviour. As far as i know my train was late so i could reach kalimpong at hotel and stay there, but the owner said that they will not allow me to stay for a booking which was already done. So i had to stay at siliguri and my money at shire got wasted. If possible kindly refund me the money as due to the landlor's behavious i could not even stay there

Super duper experience my kids and we enjoyed everything and surrounding was awesome. Room and balcony given was super duper
