rooms are bit small, bathroom is clean, service is good. food is good, require more variety in breakfast buffet...

The bathroom was very small and uncomfortable. Bedding also must be stronger for better back rest. All the soft bedding used in the hotel industry doesn't support the spine at all while sleeping. I don't know why they keep using this type of mattress. Room cleanliness and staff behaviour is good. Overall 6/10. Would have been 8/10 if not for the mattress.

Food quality is not up to the mark compared to the price they are charging. They should adapt to better approach to maintain the cleanliness They should be a little more empathetic towards the customer. Money is not everything.

Rooms are very small and not enough space for even one person. amenities are less, ceiling with fungus. rooms are not maintained and cleaned. you can find dust everywhere. These claims are due to its high price for this kind of room. rooms are not worth for 2k. locality is good and near to railway station. Good resturants nearby. Rooms are good overall but amenities and maintenance are not as per the price range.

The property must provide everything ega towel at least without asking. Plus the rooms must be maintained well, it was good butcould have been better. I found washroom congested.

Some staff's behaviour was rude.Specially the women at the name of hotel policy she has denied to handover the food i have ordered from zomato to my room.Even after several requests she was insisting guests to come and collect their food
