Neat and clean place. Decent sized bed room to accomodate 2+1. What I loved most about the hotel was their prompt and courteous staff service.

Room was not clean enough, hot water was not coming properly. No cleaning service done. Average stay..

The hotel was very good. The staff was very cooperative. We found booking the hotel through MakeMyTrip to be very safe.

Staff behaviour was very poor and ac was also not working on first night. Room service contact number was not working

Finding the location wasn't a big deal at all. It was easy route and nearer to market. The cleanliness is well maintained with good service.

Location fine. Local offline booking prices is low with same facility. Window small not working. Room fine

Place to reach is very difficult. On the road very conjection. Internal room very dirty bed cover. No dustbin. Hot water facilty very poor. So i recommend not to stay here.

The manager's behavior was very bad. I had booked 4 triple bed rooms. Which were not available on the day of my booking. At night we got 2 triple bed rooms. During the day we got only 2 double bed rooms available.

Rooms and bathrooms very very dirty no hot water available not worth for amount that hotel is charging

The place location given is different. It was a comfortable stay, but during rain, water was coming from the window, and the remote of the a/c was useless. When i was checking out he said please pay now, i asked which payment it was, he said in a very rude manner that i will tell you which payment it was and then he saw that it had been done, then he let us go without any apology. As long as the customer is staying at your place, talk to him nicely and when the time has passed, talking to the customer so rudely is not the right way. You should have some etiquette towards a person who is staying at your place. I do not have any personal enmity, but after honestly staying there, i am forced to give this review. The way he was behaved and one more thing, at the time of checkout, the person who is staying there knows when to check out, so have a little liberty as he or she is not staying there for lifelong. I know this is your rule, but have some mercy towards your customer. Also, the place needs to be cleaned as the bed sheets were dirty, the curtains also were dirty.

Location is good, nearby kashi vishwanath temple; rooms are very suffocating, walls are damped and washrooms are dirty. We also faced issue of water shortage for few hours due to power cut. Although hotel owners provided bucket water for emergency use for time being

I went to my room and identified with a garbage experience. If i stay there, i will definitely get disease. That's why i left the room even if the amount is not refundable.

Room was not at all clean, bed sheet where not given until asked for it, doormat were not clean, asked to change them twice but nothing done

No proper arrangements and basic facilities were there. For each and every requirement including basic facilities like geyser, electric points connection, mosquito repellent, we were supposed to make request on reception. Further, tv was just for showcase purpose and it didn't work. Only one thing good about the property was staff behavior

The stay was good, but there are noises coming from the outside during night time as our room is very near to the road. But overall it is a good stay
