Staff is so cooperative , rooms are clean and lovely ambience with good good. a good place to stay in Aurangabad.

The property was clean and Food was delicious. Location is close the Sambhaji nagar railway station

Overall good experience, helpful support staff. Food was good. Washroom cleanliness was a bit of concern, tbough it was fixed. I think they were understaffed and hotel was booked completely and hence there was bit of delay in providing the service. Bit still it was good experience. 4/5 star rating.

Location wise it's excellent. Maintained cleanliness of Lobby, corridor and rooms. Morning buffet breakfast was quite good, tasty and with various items. There was some chocking issue with the wash basin in Room No 303. Asked them to address. However they shifted us to Room No 306. Bed Sheet and Covers can be kept a little more clean. However, at this rate we shouldn't expect much more than they are providing. So I am happy.

Location : excellent Rooms : in the photographs, the room looks appealing, however, reality is different. The rooms were not clean on the first day. after continuous insistence, the service quality improved . Hygiene : can be improved significantly with less effort. The team needs awareness that cleanliness is really important, specifically, the restaurant. The dishes had stains, cobwebs all around. Overall, restaurant quality is not good. Food : quality is average and cost is high. There are better and cheaper options available within 200m radius. Safety : Ok Staff : cooperative There was no issue of water. During power shutdowns, the staff supported with Generators. overall, average experience. I will still request the Hotel management to focus on hygiene aspect which is achievable and it will definitely improve customer experience. thank you.

Broken AC, damaged window curtain and bad condition of bed gave bad experience. Towels were given on demand.

Pathetic hotel this is..rooms doesn’t have sound proofing and you have to hear traffic noise the entire night..food quality is poor and so is variety in the buffet BF..rooms are not that great with very bad washrooms..overall I would not suggest this hotel

room space, washroom space is not sufficient. The design of the washroom is not comfortable. The only good thing is breakfast, rest all are below expectations in terms of accomodation. not a value in this cost. The space of the washroom is not enough, very less space. The design of the room is also not so good as there is very little space for one more mattress and keeping 2 luggage bags. The only good point is breakfast, the rest are not up to expectations. overall very average experience

Just outside Chhatrapati Sambajinagar Station , very nice front desk person helpful. Service May be a bit delayed but can be taken care of.

Prime location and family stay location was nice for accessing to shopping and nearby lot restaurants are available. But once we had here food then we shall not prefer for moving out for food. Overall all it was nice and staffs were very nice.

I stayed here for a night and overall had a good experience. The rooms are a bit small but well maintained. Food quality was also good. The hotel is conveniently located just outside the railway station and offers good value for money.

loved the location just opp to Railway Stn....also their rooftop restaurant is way better than any other local restaurant or hotel for lunch or dinner....rates are decent but food quality is good....my only complain is their bathroom is small also cleanliness can be bit more but other than that no complaints...stayed for 3 days and enjoyed our time ....we had complimentary high tea as well in the package at evening and breakfast included....loved it...best hotel to stay with the price within city

A little cleanliness was required and the breakfast could have been a little better over all the experience was fine could have been better but it was good.
