Rooms : in the photographs, the room looks appealing, however, reality is different. The rooms were not clean on the first day. after continuous insistence, the service quality improved .
Hygiene : can be improved significantly with less effort. The team needs awareness that cleanliness is really important, specifically, the restaurant. The dishes had stains, cobwebs all around. Overall, restaurant quality is not good.
Food : quality is average and cost is high. There are better and cheaper options available within 200m radius.
Safety : Ok
Staff : cooperative
There was no issue of water. During power shutdowns, the staff supported with Generators.
overall, average experience. I will still request the Hotel management to focus on hygiene aspect which is achievable and it will definitely improve customer experience.
