Had a good staff helping us and gave us an upgrade for a less price and the pool amenities is nice. Parking is a bit spacious but it will do because there is parking outside the resort

Hotel was a good but the staff was not cooperative makemytrip not is proper giving price this told and denied to check in you will pay 1600 rupees to access our property dewas told and i will talk to make my trip executive they were solve my problem

The stay was not upto the mark. The ambience make me feel so clumsy and cigar smoke and smell all over the building need to take control over this.

It was good but due to covid restrictions man power was less, still the management took care of all the essential needs.

Beach Resort only for namesake

The Beach Resort is just because it's near The Beach like half a kilometre, The facilities are pretty run down. The swimming pool was not functioning, facilities in The room not proper, service and courtesy of senior staff in reception was disaster. Too many people to co-ordinate with and don't get a satisfying response

Hotel was not that clean as expected, toiletries and towels were not provided, door mats were not available which made the room messy, AC was not effective.

We stayed for 2 nights, plus points location is good. We got the beach view room also. Staff members are cooperative. Cleanliness could’ve been more but they use salty water, so every bathroom fittings was rusty. There was no curtain in the room. Overall good for a normal stay minus the luxury. Beach is just 2 minutes walking distance. If they maintain this place, it will be superb for a short getaway.

E co friendly hut is very uncomfortable, so many insects are there not safe for kids, swimming pool is the only good thing in the resort

No food available at property. AC of the room was not working .No room servant available. Location of resort was very good just 3 minutes walk upto nearby Beach.

My booking was for a e co hut with booking for two guests. Hut had no windows, no scope for ventilation, totally unlike a hut. It had big spiders in the room. Only one towel was given. In spite of making a request more than twice water was not provided. A gap under the only door to the room from outside had a gap through which insects could enter.

i booked e co friendly hut for couple and they have given single bed and heater is not there and not hygiene room and i paid extra 1200 rs to give another room. It is not so worthy and there are charging extra amount to exchange and room they were saying if you need room we have to pay extra. While vacating they charged me 1000 rs extra which was not satisfied.

Extremely poor maintenance inside the room, insects crawling, with hundreds of mosquitos, dirty leaking washrooms, no basic amenities of intercom, every-time u need to go and tell you requirement in person to reception, on top of it the room allocated has its jey stuck for days, imagine u room key is stuck and anyone can get in. I couldn't risk my family's health hence vacated within hours. Over all extremely bad experience will deduct points aswell for suggesting such a bad property. Complete waste of money.

Charged extra than paid. No cleanliness. Frog was in bathroom. Mosquitoes problem. Swimming pool water was very bad. Looks greenish water.
