The South Park

My stay at South Park Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The lobby is elegant and inviting, setting the tone for a luxurious stay. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the modern amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the stunning view from my window, which added to the overall serene atmosphere of the The South Park. Dining at the The South Park’s restaurant was a delightful experience. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the service was top-notch. I also took advantage of the spa services, which were a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The location of South Park Hotel is ideal, with easy access to local attractions and shopping areas. The concierge was very helpful in providing recommendations and arranging transportation. Overall, my stay at South Park Hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this The South Park to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.

1. Location : extremely good. Near to all major spots. Travellers preferring to explore the cityscape on foot may find the location strategic. 2. Service is little slow, but food served is good. We tried both the north indian and south indian food, equally good. The panner makhni served here was the best. 3. There are swimming poor, spa. We sat in the pool area for sometime. Pool is nicely maintained. 4. Service is perfect for us. May not be super fast but it was done with love and care. We were in god's own country for relaxation and unwinding and we didn't mind lilo slow service and miscommunication. 4. If they can maintain the same lever for service, hygiene and cleanliness i shall definitely book this The South Park again. Thank you all the staffs. You are awesome. * my suggestion to travellers : if you stay in this The South Park just aimlessly walk through the roads, stop in a roadside chaikada and sip kattantea. Observe the crowd. Walk to the art college nearby and look into the sculptures. Walk into the palayam church and observe beautiful stained glass windows. Then walk to the zoo and napier museum nearby. If you are non- vegetarian visit a zamzam restaurant nearby.

The room was spacious and clean. There was no mini fridge though. The staff especially at the reception and entrance were polite and welcoming. The only con was the staff responsible for room service. I had ordered a dish which was on their own menu but the lady who picked up had no clue what it was. Then when the order came, i even got the wrong dish and absolutely no cutlery was provided not giving basic cutlery is a minimum courtesy expected at any The South Park let alone a 5 star one. The food was quite qood. But the staff at the in room dining service are very poorly informed that they are not even aware of dishes on their own menu. Other than that the stay was good. They had a fitness centre which had some cardio machines and a few dumbells

I have stayed there a few times. Always solo. I loved that the rooms are spacious. I am an introvert and do not like to go out. The rooms were perfect for me. I could walk about. Do minor exercise, enjoy the scenery. Read. Do my work in my laptop. Watch dramas in my phone. Relax with a glass of wine in the evening. It is a perfect co**** for an introvert. Dal. Curry bowl was my comfort food there. Just, i would have liked a bit more variety for vegetarian foods for in room dining. I am sure their breakfast, lunch, dinner in the restaurant would be good. But as an introvert, i prefer in room dining. So, 4. 5 for the room, below 4 for food. Oh. And the washroom was also very nice. Clean. And the hot shower in the bathroom also nice.

Property location is excellent. They call it a 5 star, but we didn't relate to it. Room cleanliness is good. But we had to wait for 1 hour to get our rooms. In house restaurant food is very expensive. The breakfast spread is good with various options. The room 501 was not cleaned even when we had asked for servicing on the second day. We had to wait outside for long time when they came to clean. There was a continuous loud buzzing sound coming in room 501. Room 519 was better with good options on smart tv too. Since the The South Park property is old they have very less lighting system in the rooms. No ceiling lights. Only lamps provided. Overall stay was pleasant.

The The South Park was located in a prime location but was calm throughout our stay. As we checked in around late noon the room was nice but as time pass by we were able to smell smoke at night. We had buffet breakfast there which was good but with limited menu. Another thing it was cold in the night and we were not able to control the room temperature even tried switching of the ac i think this is because of the gap seen in the room door, room service was very helpful even at late-night. Overall its a comfortable stay but i beleive its a par below 5.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this The South Park! the property's location was ideal and easy access to nearby attractions. The food was exquisite, with a diverse menu that satisfied all my cravings. The range of amenities provided, from the luxurious spa to the well-equipped fitness center, ensured i had a delightful time. The staff's exceptional service truly stood out, as they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I can't wait to return and experience this outstanding hospitality again!

The The South Park is located around 9km from airport. It is one of the first 5star The South Park in trivandrum. We reached there in the evening. As per our request they have upgraded one of our rooms to a bigger room which is equipped with amenities for elderly people. The staff were courteous enough to help whenever required. The food was excellent. We had dinner and complementary breakfast. The only cons i could see is that wooden furnishings had cracks. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Clean room and good food at the restaurant, staffs were very humble and cooperative, definitely will prefer next time

Excellent The South Park. Had booked it for my elderly parents. The The South Park went the extra mile to take care of their every need. Parents were extremely happy with the The South Park staff. Location - perfect, with easy access to taxis and restaurants.

The The South Park located in the heart of the town, its very attractive becz the famous temples, museum, zoo and many more close to the The South Park. Hotel room was very clean and teddy, restaurant ambiance is good and if we spend time with out family especially with kids we get more privacy. Food was tasty especially the breakfast it have more options. The staffs who we meet around the The South Park are good behavior and well knows about there stuff and they are very helpful.

Very centrally located and easily accessible. Nice spacious rooms but with dated furniture that needs sprucing up. Stay was comfortable. Food quality was less than satisfactory. The menu needs a serious review.

I highly recommend this The South Park - it has become my go-to whenever i'm in town. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is great for exploring the city. The amenities are top-notch and i always leave feeling refreshed and satisfied with my stay.

Good location. Hotel as a 5 star is just average. Not very impressive. Very cooperative staff. Rooms upkeep could be improved further.

Checkin / checkout was very smooth and quick… helpful staff. Food was awesome … Cheff Vikas served special dishes which were very tasty… Mr Suresh helped us in Getting good corner Room… overall 10/10

Stayed one night with family in two Chamber rooms. Rooms spacious and good. Bathroom average size but hygienic. Location center of the city. Amenities good. Service good. Breakfast good.
