The Spectrum Resort - Chikmagalur

It was a good stay for us in the spectrum resort. The room was comfortable for the stay, the staff were courteous, very helpful, caring and supportive. The breakfast included in the package was very good. We took food from resort during lunch & dinner for the tenure of the stay. Food was awesome and portions were more than enough. Buffets had a wide range and were tasty as well. Ad-harsh at the front desk was very helpful and had the knowledge about chikmagalur which helped us to plan our sight seeing. Property had adventure games which definitely attracts kids and keeps them engaged. The swimming pool was a disappointment as it was not maintained. They had reasons however that is one which we missed. Other than that everything else was very good. Overall it was a very good stay.

I had the pleasure of spending a day at the property with my family, and i must say that the exceptional service and warm hospitality exceeded our expectations. From the seamless luggage handling, impeccable room cleaning, delightful campfire experience, to the thoughtful arrangement of milk for my infant and delectable meals, every aspect of our stay was truly 5-star. The only suggestion for improvement is the 1. 5 km connecting road. Otherwise, the property shines in every aspect. Kudos to the team for their outstanding hospitality! the buffet was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing rich indian flavors. I wholeheartedly recommend a stay and dining experience at this exceptional property.

Good location good breakfast with live dosa counter. Dinner was good with 3 to 4 varieties of veg & non-veg dishes spacious & clean rooms supportive staff well maintained property with almost all facilities. Very weak wifi facility. No phone network. Hot water issue. Although they have mentioned 24 hrs hot water in the bathroom, but it’s not true. We stayed for two days and both the days they have supplied hot water in the buckets. This must improve.

The resort was exceptionally well-maintained, offering a family-friendly environment that made our stay truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly caring, attentive, and helpful, ensuring a seamless experience throughout. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we are already planning to visit again in the near future!

Ambience and the overall look out of resort looks pretty good….Food is a bit issue over here, menu is limited as they compiled the package with the buffet… food menu items need to be added more for people who doesn’t show interest on buffet…

It was an excellent stay. The property is awesome, right in the middle of nature, and great staff. Good food. Everything you need for a great vacation.

The stay was good and the staff was very helpful, polite and responsible. The room could have ac for the price as it was getting warm in the day time. Also the restaurant al- carte food was not that good. Breakfast was good.

Five star for property location, ambience and food. Three starts for rooms where we stayed-102. Cockroaches were there. Old building with no bolts for bathroom. Bathroom was congested.

Awesome location and outstanding service. It’s an uphill drive from main road, but easy climb. Weather was beautiful so is the property.

Rooms are neat and clean. The food is tasty and there are a variety of options for lunch/ dinner and breakfast. Overall good stay with great food.
