Awesome location and outstanding service. It’s an uphill drive from main road, but easy climb. Weather was beautiful so is the property.

I had the pleasure of spending a day at the property with my family, and i must say that the exceptional service and warm hospitality exceeded our expectations. From the seamless luggage handling, impeccable room cleaning, delightful campfire experience, to the thoughtful arrangement of milk for my infant and delectable meals, every aspect of our stay was truly 5-star. The only suggestion for improvement is the 1. 5 km connecting road. Otherwise, the property shines in every aspect. Kudos to the team for their outstanding hospitality! the buffet was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing rich indian flavors. I wholeheartedly recommend a stay and dining experience at this exceptional property.

Five star for property location, ambience and food. Three starts for rooms where we stayed-102. Cockroaches were there. Old building with no bolts for bathroom. Bathroom was congested.

It was a good stay for us in the spectrum resort. The room was comfortable for the stay, the staff were courteous, very helpful, caring and supportive. The breakfast included in the package was very good. We took food from resort during lunch & dinner for the tenure of the stay. Food was awesome and portions were more than enough. Buffets had a wide range and were tasty as well. Ad-harsh at the front desk was very helpful and had the knowledge about chikmagalur which helped us to plan our sight seeing. Property had adventure games which definitely attracts kids and keeps them engaged. The swimming pool was a disappointment as it was not maintained. They had reasons however that is one which we missed. Other than that everything else was very good. Overall it was a very good stay.

Resort ambience and hospitality is excellent, food is good. Suggestions: 1. Serve lunch buffet and dinner as ala carte as most will not have appetite for dinner. 2. Improve playing options for kids.

For all the city dwellers who need to a break from a city life then this is definitely a place to be. A thrilling road climb to the resort, a calm surrounding around the property, proximity to all the tourist places, courteous staff, excellent food, a pleasant 2 day stay at the resort. Definitely a memorable one

Overall good but no benefits over booking from makemytrip. Direct booking cost is less than makemytrip and hotel is providing same trariff and 24 hours checkin and check out facilities with breakfast and dinner as complimentary

The stay was comfortable. I was actually scared because i've had experience with hotels that are amid-st the jungle because they can have cleanliness issues but spectrum was exceptionally clean. Their rooms are big, open and their meals are on point. The staff especially is friendly and helpful. I completely forgot the name but the host of the restaurant (he sits on the front desk sometimes too) is an absolute gentleman. You won't regret it. Go for it

The room was well maintained with all the required items including toothpaste and brush. Staffs were very well behaved and helping. The food was good especially the morning breakfast wherein there were variety of items in a buffet. All in all a very pleasant and memorable stay.

The resort is cleanly maintained, staff is helping, food is average but not expensive either. The location is a bit inside off the main road about 1 km, so people visiting by own vehicle can only make use of it.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at the spectrum resort. The property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beauty and tranquility. The customer service was top-notch, exceeding all expectations. I am thankful for the staff mr adarsh, mr shashank, mr yashwant, and mr tejas are truly humbled and polite and exceptional assistance and warm hospitality. The food was a delightful culinary journey, adding to the overall fantastic experience. I'm looking forward to the opportunity to stay again soon. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay with family and friends in chikkamanglore

Location of the property was nice. Good stay for family with good food especially good service by deepak and staff. We stayed for 2 nights. Stay included facilities like swimming, tt, badminton, chess, carrom. Visit to coffee plantation, bonfire at night with music.
