It's really good place to stay in fort kochi, spencer home stay around many places are available for visiting, and fort kochi beach is a 300 meter like a walking distance. It's a great home stay and budget family

The homestay is clean and has a traditional kerala house vibe. The staff is cordial and warm. The verandah sitting area is peaceful especially in early morning. They also have amazing music sessions.

The rooms were so clean. The ambience was perfect with wooden works and all. The caretaker was well-read and was really helpful. They were singing songs as a group, with whoever interested, everyday evening, which was totally a new experience.

Very nicely maintained property. The greenery is adding charm to its beauty. The old style wooden furniture is amazinng. Host mr madhu is very nice and helping person. Location is very convenient. All major places are nearby. Fort kochi beach, st francis church are on walking distance. Nearby some good food joints. Overall superb experience.

One of the best places in fort kochi. The building has an old school charm. Rooms are clean and spacious. Rooms open to a traditional courtyard. Ideal for workation or as a get away for a few days. Great location and service too. Highly recommended.

It's a nice location. All attractions are nearby. The musical evening they give is very good. The hotel arranges auto drivers for site seeing if requested. It's an old house converted to homestay. A bit of maintenance is required for rooms. The price is reasonable.

Good care taker, we can feel like we are in our home. Room is very good in condition. But so many cats are around the room. There is a music fest and instruments. The caretaker is a good musician and fellow.

The property i stayed was ok for me as i travel-led alone. This is an old property and it shows off in the room. Least they could gave done is kept a bottle of water and a glass that was not there. Room was neat and tidy. The other problem was there was no mirror in the room, it was only available inside the washroom which was really uncomfortable. Since there was a garden outside it kept the door locked for the most time as there was problem of mosquitos. And then again there was no mosquito repellant inside the room. These are small things but it would have made a lot of difference in the stay. I mostly walked from the hotel to fort kochin beach and the location of this place was good. Would recommend if you are travel-ling alone or with a bunch of friends.

This place is an old dutch style bangalow. The place is very green, well planted, peaceful and calm. The rooms are well worth the price you pay. There is a table as well if you wish to work. I didn't used the wifi so not sure on this. There are well cleaned veranda h with table and chairs to sit and chill on. There may be mosquitoes in some season so good to carry odomoss. The property is managed by someone who is fond of art and music. We also got to be part of a music evening where they specially sung hindi songs for us. The beach is walkable and online food can be ordered. Over all a value for money stay

very nice place, serene kerala house, very close to the culture, you will feel as if you are in a malyali house, good hospitality, homely experience, worth the price! 😊. love itc will love to stay here again and guide everyone its so close to explore kochi! everything is within 600-700 metres!
