We had a wonderful stay with few hiccups. Property is quite uphill with very bad road leading to the property. But on the other side, that makes the location breath taking. Best to park yourself and relax and enjoy. Property provides nice view off sunset against mountains and valley. Food is homely. I mentioned hiccup here because they day we reached, cook was not available at kitchen and we had ordered from zomato, and the delivery process underwent lot of issues due to the road leading to the resort, especially at night. We do recommend to reach property before sunset and to travel on 4wheeler only.

There is a long uphill drive to this place on mud and stone road. They didn't even help when we call asking for assistance as it's tough to drive on this road by car. The rooms are not so clean. There is an odd stench in the room. The food is supposed to be good. The views are great but it's way too expensive and not a worthy spend of money

Pros: fantastic views, great property, helpful staff. Cons: very difficult to reach the location, 2 kms of off-roading which is too difficult if you don't have an suv. Also, food taste can be improved.

Beautiful location, superb host, fantastic food. Must visit for anyone considering a visit to chikmangalur. The host takes personal care. Manju the manager is super supportive.

Excellent view, excellent stay, excellent experience. A great place to relax. Would love to visit again for sure.

The property is located adjacent to the prime mountain range comprising of mullayanagiri and bababudan giri and offers stunning panaroma of the entire range from the balcony of the rooms. It’s a view that is hard to take your eyes off. Great home cooked food and service by the staff made this a memorable trip for my family. Will definitely visit again.
