I stayed here for 2 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.
From the time of check-in, the Internet did not work at all. For the entire duration of my stay, there was no resolution – the only explanation I kept hearing was that there was a “board issue” and it was being worked on. For a hotel of this tariff, this is completely unacceptable.
Another surprising aspect was that basic bottled water was not provided. Instead, I was asked to use RO water in a jug, which is certainly not the standard expected at this price point. On top of that, the bathroom door handle was broken , showing poor upkeep and lack of maintenance.
The only silver lining of my stay was the dining service. Mr. Alavandhan from the restaurant team took excellent care of us. He was attentive, courteous, and open to feedback. His service stood out and made a huge positive difference in an otherwise disappointing stay.
Overall, except for the restaurant service, the stay was below expectations and did not justify the tariff. The management needs to take serious note of these issues if they wish to retain guests in the future.
