Fantastic service apartment that is premium and not far away from the main highway yet situated in a calm environment. Very tastefully furnished and practical.

This is a calm and peaceful location with decent residents surrounded. From the main town max 1. 5 km distance. Parking -maximum of 4 cars can park inside the parking provided. Staffs - nice and supportive. They are providing a kitchen, but very minimal stencils for cooking. Rooms - very neat and clean. Rest rooms - high level hygiene perfect, no bad odour, water flow is so nice. Not provided towel, paste, brush.

Very calm and quiet area. Easy access to the town. Hygienic and neat apartments for one night stay for couples and family. No restaurant. No disturbances on surrounding.

This is my first stay at this service apartment. Room was very clean and the staff were polite. I did not order breakfast. The property is in a quiet street.

We went as family of three, myself, my wife and my 9 yrs old daughter. They gave us a really good accommodation with one king size bed and one single bed. Overall the stay was really pleasant, special thanks to mr ram for all the arrangements there is enough parking for cars, and location of the hotels is also kinda centrally. Don't hesitate to book this place when you are traveling family,

A quiet place about 1. 5 km from pollachi town. Room is spacious, toilet is very clean, a dining area and kitchen, balcony, parking space for 4 cars. Overall experience is excellent.

Based on mm t review, we booked this service apartment it is really good choice. Located in residential area. Very calm and posh area. Very good place for groups travelers and family to stay, if they are spending whole day outside for sight seeing. Rooms are very clean and neat.

We are 3 couples stayed @ the residency for one day. The place was quite and comfortable for families. The staff was helpful whenever required. The Price was nominal and affordable cost. They have charging for early check in as per the policy, if they change the policy for early check in really appreciative.
