Its a good stay the staff is good and cooperative. The food is really good tastes like homely at a good location just opposite to the lake nice view with mountains, rising sun and sunset too. Feels really awesome. Hip hip hurry to make my trip.

excellent liked · we liked the breakfast and food . the staff of hotal and housekeeping ard very good. the reception staff also very pleasant and customer friendly .the room was also very nice and clean.

Location is just in front of lake. Good view of mountain and lake from hotel balcony lake facing. Staff is friendly, although dining is expensive, so better have fooding outside.

Food was ok. Amazing view from hotel. Staff was always helping. Liked the play area, i played with my kid. I stayed with my family for 4 days and liked the overall stay

Good location and service

Food and location was superb.
I must say that this was one of the most pleasant stays i had so far. The staff was polite and courteous and quick. Akram the manager of the hotel does his job so well and he is extremely considerate and courteous, i will come back to this hotel again because of him and his services.

The location and the food especially is delicious, the staff is polite but the room service is little slow
Everybody wears a mask and do follow social distancing. Even though they said they have sanitized the room as a personal hygien we sanitized every accessible objects by ourself as well

The hotel is right at bhimtal lake. Hotel staff was very courteous and took great care. Even though they lack variety and availability of all dishes is not there but they will cook and serve you whatever u ask for and that too yummy. So we ordered mutton and we got it along with dal. The staff is very courteous specially mohd ikram, manager. He was very courteous and arranged whatever basic we asked for. The hotel is close to naukuchiyatal and you can go for boating, paragliding and other activities. Very peaceful and excellent stay.
