My recent honeymoon stay at the vale munnar was an incredible experience that exceeded all our expectations. The breathtaking views of the valley were simply mesmerizing, offering the perfect backdrop for a romantic getaway. The hospitality was exceptional, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of, making us feel truly special and welcomed. This hotel exceeded expectations with its prime location, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions. This is a cozy property that is located juz before munnar town, on aluva-munnar road. Spacious room and balcony. Amneties are good, spacious and good restaurant, cooperative staff. Parking space seemed limited for those who are driving-in

The atmosphere is very nice. View from the rooms are very impressive. The staffs are very friendly and comfortable. They are always ready to help you at any moment. I had good experience. Rooms are tidy and clean. Especially sanitary rooms. They had many activities for their guests.

Beautiful hotel situated on a hill. Absolutely magnificent views both from the lobby and from the bedroom balconies. We could see the valley below getting covered by waves of fog and reappearing again as the fog cleared. Excellent food in the restaurant. Most importantly the staff were very friendly, courteous and attentive. We stayed two nights and were quite sad to leave. Only thing i found missing here was absence of a garden or grounds to walk around.

Everything was excellent. The service, the people & how accommodating they were. The food was very good. We tried indian food & even took a cooking session with the chef! the rooms are spacious & clean. Best views. Would recommend. The in-house complimentary activities are a plus.

The hotel has a scandinavia style architecture, the entire hotel has pleasant feel. There is lot of real wood and stone used in the entire property, gives it a very rustic feel. There is not much do within the propert itself as the spa and pool is not yet ready. Great place for couples to have romantic getaway, cant spend more than two days as you will get bored. The property must offer more entertainment for children.

Reception and check in at the hotel was good. The package which i paid was inclusive of the complimentary dinner. There was a confusion regarding that but sorted out. Explanation after checkin to the hotel was not that great and not bad either. It didn't explain in a customer friendly way, i felt the staff was just completing his duty for the sake of that. But i got proper support later when i had a doubt regarding how to operate the jacuzzi. View from the room is worth in the morning and also in the evening. Mr joshwa was really supportive when reached out for any help.

The stay was great. Room was fantastic with amazing views and jacuzzi. Suite room had various amneties like wine and chips. The bathroom was neat and tidy. Service was somewhat okay. Had some issues with the staffs. Need to learn to be more professional.

It is a new hotel in hill. A new experience. Although approach road narrow but amenities are good people from middle east directly come to this hotel from kochi airport.

It is a newly constructed hotel, we were the only guest in the entire place as it was a weekday. We stayed in two different type of rooms during our stay. The first room was vale luxe which was over looking the valley, very cozy and comfortable room. The other room was the romanza jacuzzi suite which had the same view but with bath tub jacuzzi additionally. The room interiors were a little bland could be little more colorful and exciting. All the furniture and sanitry fittings were tastefully chosen. Personally i felt the placement of the mirrors in the room could have been better. Otherwise the rooms were perfect.
