This homestay owner is neither cooperative nor provide any support. You need to carry luggage from car on your own. Also they don't provide blanket and towels soaps. Water is chargeable and very expensive. Not recommended at all

I booked a room for one night for 900. And it was worth more than that. It felt like i was staying in a small resort. The room was hug h and so beautiful. Wooden furniture, almost 200 meters from the northern end of the cliff/beach.

The owner was really humble and made sure we were comfortable. He also provided us with good rooms. Homestay place was green and clean. Over all good experience under budget. Could have kept basic amenities like soap tooth paste etc.

Stay was good. Location was good. But there is no room service. Neither there is a service phone in rooms. Neither there is a proper room service.

This resort is also known as the village, thiruvambadi beach resort. This is situated on the way to museum, next to black beach resort. Kindly note the resort is fine with swimming pool facing the sea. But restaurant is yet to start (21. 02. 24. When you book, you should ensure to get ac rooms during summer. We missed to book, but the owner mr. Qaiser could accommodate later. Because, without ac you can not be comfortable during summer. This resort is in the end of north cliff. Staff is very co - operative. Qaiser (owner) is customer friendly.

1. Location of the place is good. It is at a walkable distance from cliff. 2. Food- as the hotel is new, they were still looking out for some good cook. However they were kind enough to get us some milk for our baby. 3. Hygiene of the hotel was average with average living conditions. 4. The best part of stay was pool party which was coordinated in the hotel.
