Excellent stay at the vile stays. Anna the owner was so nice and she coordinated everything with the care takers sudheesh and yashwanth. They took care of everything starting from the time of arrival till the time of departure. The place is just perfect for a solo or a couple with all the basic amenities just like one would find in the comfort of a home. You can cook your meals as there is a kitchen with gas provision, a microwave and a fridge. Heater for a nice warm bath is available too. There is a split ac in the bedroom and a washing machine in the balcony. What more would one want for a stay just like home away from home. Highly recommended place. Located opposite to the united sports centre which is walkable. There’s a supermarket in the building that functions from 8am to 10 pm. And there’s the golden dragon restaurant on the 1st floor for your chinese craves. There are many restaurants nearby just walkable distance like aryaas, majlis. Thaal and many more. The vile stays is located in a peaceful vicinity with a beautiful view from this high rise turquoise building. Must visit and i’m sure ull feel at home. Thank you so much anna for your hospitality and a big thanks to sudheesh & yashwanth for making me feel safe and happy. Will visit again.

I recently stayed on 14th aug and below is my review note rating 4 pros: room was spacious and value for money. If i talk about maintenance and cleanness it was amazing. Location access and site view was amazing. Overall experience was good.

Excellent survive and nice room. We loved to stay here and good accommodation procedure. Clean room and the facilities are awesome. I fund the property with this app and the food also good.

I had an exceptional stay at this flat, and i couldn't be more grateful! the flat itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. But what truly made my experience stand out was the outstanding service from the flat manager, sudeesh. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and enjoyable. His prompt responses, helpful nature, and warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Special thanks to sudeesh for his dedication and hard work. He truly deserves recognition for his excellent service. I highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Five stars and a big thumbs up!

Very near to infopark. There is a super market downstairs and also many restaurants around. Good location. Apartment has a good view. Overall good stay.

The accommodation is easily accessible and conveniently located near restaurants and a supermarket. Living rooms and bathroom were clean. Ac is available and was in working condition. Overall a good stay.

1/5 - extremely disappointing experience. I recently had the misfortune of staying at and was appalled by the subpar amenities and shocking maintenance issues. The apartment's condition was utterly unacceptable for the price paid. Major issues: - dampness: walls were damp, making the air feel heavy and unhealthy. - inadequate ventilation: the single-speed fan was useless, circulating stale air. - faulty appliances: - fridge struggled to keep food chilled. - heater didn't work, leaving the room cold. - poor lighting: insufficient lighting made the space feel dingy. - unclean curtains: dirty, dusty, and stained curtains added to the overall neglect. - leaking water: - water leakage from the air conditioning unit stained the walls and floor. - ceiling/floor/bathroom leakage was a constant issue, posing a safety risk. Additional concerns: - cleanliness was questionable. - no attention to maintenance. One redeeming aspect: - the staff's attitude was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which was a silver lining during our disappointing stay. Unfortunately, their efforts were overshadowed by the apartment's severe shortcomings. For a service apartment, these basic amenities are expected. The management's negligence is alarming. Until significant improvements are made, i would strongly advise against staying here. Rating breakdown: - cleanliness: 1/5 - amenities: 1/5 - maintenance: 1/5 - staff: 5/5 - value for money: 1/5 will not return. Would not recommend.
