Cleanliness was horrible

We stepped in room and has seen that the floor is dirty, bedsheets has not been changed, then we called housekeeping, then he changed but the bedsheets was brand new and hasn't been washed so there was a smell and dirtiness, then we can't use two heavy appliances such as ac and geyser together. After facing all these things we called management for cleaning services next morning, they denied it and said it's chargeable, so they have taken all the money and so we can't cancel it and we have to be there in that dirty room straight for 4 days. Such a horrible experience.
