I had an amazing time at this property. The location is great and access to the lake is a beautiful experience. The food served is also delicious. Service is up to the mark. The host helped us for planning local activities also.

Its a very beautiful place, all nature, though the rooms are very small but it feel very small thing if you want some piece from the hustle bustle of your daily life.

Very well maintained facility. Cottages are neat and clean. Location: all rooms are lake facing, lake is less than 50m away from rooms. Food: homely food, cook is very humble and prepare as per your choice/taste. Staff is very cooperative and ready all the time at your service. My family enjoyed boating from parking area to cottages. Very peaceful place to enjoy with family and friends.

The best part about this stay is the isolated location. It's an offbeat location where you can swim as much as you want in the lake. The water is calm and clear which is rare these days. They have limited stay options which is the best part, it doesn't get too crowded even if they're full. Must visit for people who like peace.

Local folks as staff are excellent. Tasteful local food served at fixed rate. No menu card basis. Stay is just along a lake, even entry is through boat ride. Good for isolated homely stay.

Staff was polite and cordial. Accommodated our request for jain food for all three meals. Also arranged for local transport and rafting. Cottage was also nice. So overall, it was nice. Only Jio works in Kolad. Keep cash handy for all local expenses. Cordial staff. Great experience.

The room was small and comfortable, there was no tv. Although it had started operations very recently, it will slowly gather pace.

We visited this place again and enjoyed th peace and calm it offers. Only part is the staff is though good and friendly needs a bit of training in cleanliness.

The place was unexpectedly different. With a unique way to reach the location. The place is surrounded by water on all sides. Food is home made and tasty. The rooms also was nice and comfortable.

No one can imagine The surprise of hotels entrance which is through boat ride. Awesome place with peace and healthy village food.

Location wise it's a good location. Rooms were OK. Non-veg food is good with variety. Staff are very homely. They can have some activity on the property itself as there is a lot of scope for that, specially water activity or outdoor activity.

If YOur adventurous type and love greenery this is the place. You have to take a raft on a lake for almost 800m to reach the place. It's more of a agri farm than a resort. Staff is courteous. Food is home made but good. Once your in the farm your totally isolated. After 5.00 pm you cannot cross the lake. Mr. Bajpayee the owner is helpful.
