During the 13 years i lived in hyderabad, i used to visit this hotel every day to use the spa. At that time, the doorman, mr. Deileep, always greeted me in front of the hotel with a big smile. I was very happy to meet him on this visit after such a long time.

The weekend package at westin was exceptional. Our stay was amazing and the service for all the inclusions we chose to attend were amazing. Would like to thank aravind and rosy at the lounge for their outstanding service, being so thoughtful about every need we had. Secondly, the cocktail making session with shivam was a memorable experience where he patiently explained the process of cocktail making. Definitely would recommend it to couple travellers, as it provides the experience that you would look for in a weekend staycation!

We booked a 2 night stay at the westin for my husband's birthday and everyone, in their own way made it super special. The heavenly bed definitely had us in a sleep coma. The breakfast at seasonal taste was lavish and wholesome. The staff will always be remembered. Until we see them again

Recently stayed at this hotel and had an awesome experience. The room was luxurious and the spacious balcony was a great addition, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The overall experience was fantastic, and i highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Booked two rooms for my parents in laws anniversary, hotel took great care of all arrangements. We had all three meals of the day at hotel and they were all amazing. I would recommend to everyone.

Great hotel. Beautiful location. Nice pool. However their service isn’t five star yet. At the time of check in, the staff were so confused about my inclusions in the package. At the breakfast buffet too, everyone seems do frazzled and running frantically. Why?
