Very well located hotel, we were given a room facing the beautiful eco park lake on the 25th floor. The staff was extremely friendly, and even allowed us a late check out after 4 days of our stay. Their breakfast spread, including the signature kolkata tea in small glasses made at a live counter, was the best we've ever had. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying in kolkata.

Stay was very comfortable. Staff were very cordial and friendly. Restaurant service was very good. In room dining was also satisfactory. A nice place to stay while you are at kolkata.

Stay was good. Property is well managed. It is in ideal location to the new business hub. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They have fully equipped gym for fitness.

From the moment i checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and they were quick to accommodate my request for a room, the room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with modern amenities. The city view was amazing.

Hotel is very nice. Especially room. It's very spacious. It has a bath tub too. It's pretty clean and big. Staffs are very courteous. Just one problem, house keeping service is little slow. Food is not that great. Overall decent nice stay

It was a great experience staying in westin. Special care was taken for my son's birthday which made the celebration more special.
