Stay was good. Property is well managed. It is in ideal location to the new business hub. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They have fully equipped gym for fitness.

From the moment i checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and they were quick to accommodate my request for a room, the room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with modern amenities. The city view was amazing.

Hotel is very nice. Especially room. It's very spacious. It has a bath tub too. It's pretty clean and big. Staffs are very courteous. Just one problem, house keeping service is little slow. Food is not that great. Overall decent nice stay

It was a great experience staying in westin. Special care was taken for my son's birthday which made the celebration more special. The westin kolkata provides a wonderful stay with helpful and courteous staff who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The food is excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable choice for a relaxing stay. Also, the view was amazing from 18th floor

Location, food, amenities and services everything was awesome. Staff behaviour was also very good. I liked the swimming pool and the room interior. View from the 31 32 restaurant was also amazing.

The stay in westin was amazing. The view and the pool is too good. I had to pay 5400 extra for getting a smoking room but i think it was worth it. The bathtub view was also amazing and during diwali the view was too awesome during the night totally enjoyed the stay with my partner
