It was lovely, the staff was helpful. Loved the food and the drinks. View was bliss, lake view. They allowed us a late checkout too, which is very sweet of the hotel staff.

Overall good experience. The lake view room is spacious and have good views of the water as well as greenery. Food was delicious and the staff was very humble. We had asked for an arrangement for a surprise for our daughter and they did that wonderfully.

Property location is superb calm and quite. Food variety and test is good. Gugarit food dhokala is not perfect and testy. Over all every thing is excellent. Room size is perfect, clean and need.

The entire stay was an amazing one! westin powai is located in a beautiful location with soothing view, especially during rainy season! i had booked a lake view room and it was worth every penny i spent! what a view! and of course the room was quite large with all amazing amenities! i had ordered food as well which again was quite tasty! also had their breakfast and dinner buffet at the lake view cafe - was really happy with the variety of food and taste (some stuff was okayish but rest all good. All in all, enjoyed to the core!

By far the best experience in a luxury hotel in mumbai for me and my friends. The staff is super courteous, they go out of their way to make you feel at home! we were a group of all girls and never once we felt unsafe or unwelcome! kudos to westin. You guys define service excellence!

Great stay good breakfast and good connectivity

The breakfast buffet was awesome with different dishes from indian to continental to asian. Chef yash was very pleasant in hospitality and tried his best to make us comfortable. Rooms were spacious and service was good. The view to hotel was awesome and location extremely well connected
