It was first resort before kookal. The cost of the stay is too too costly for the stay and facilities they provide. The resort was not fully developed. No hot water in washbasin, faucet, and shower. They have a separate tap for hotwater. Shower had only cold water. Wifi was not working, when started working was too slow. Dinner was ordered 5 chappati, chicken curry & a plate of chicken 65. No complimentary breakfast. They provided 6 idly & 3 dosa and we were charged rs. 890 for this. No buffet breakfast nothing. Rooms are okay. Other thaan that no other facility. Ideally nil. 5400 for stay and 890 for food is very very high for this property and facility they provide.

The staffs who run this property are a bunch of morons. Food quality was poor and they have no or very limited option for lunch. Property looks good but the service is terrible. Felt like staffs themselves didn't want any guest to visit to property
