Terrible Stay

I already informed to hotel staff that i will do checkin in late hours as i was travel-ling from another city. I told them that please get ready my room with all amenities which mentioned in the app. But there is nothing they are doing with my booking and literally worst experience i felt with this property. No proper behaviour of the staff and no any toiletries provided. Really feel so bad to book this property. Mm t should checks their property in timely basis to avoid such types of experiences.
