Room was spacious but the washroom was not up to the standard. Property maintenance was just ok. Staff was cordial.

We got an upgrade of room at the time of check in. Stay was wonderful. Landscaping of property is very good. Food also very nice with good service by restaurant team. They helped us to connect with jungle safari booking team.

It is my 2nd stay in the same resort, but this time i liked the pool facing room which is having private path tub in it.

We had a one day stay with family at wild crest in the month of october. It is an excellent property with beautiful lawn. There were beautiful flowers all around. We had included all the meals and there was all variety there with a large spread. We completely enjoyed and it’s a must stay. The staff was very polite and service food were commendable. Location near to ram nagar city. Many beautiful cafes available near the resort. Rooms were not very spacious but overall good. Greenery will give you sukoon. Indoor games section was missing and pool was under cleaning so we couldn't enjoy pool. A comfortable and peaceful stay

The resort is surrounded by the lush green garden with a lots of beautiful flowers and lighting. Well decorated and maintained cottage with all amenities, service is ok, but the worst part is food, is not good. Tea is like railway station type, when they have bulk booking like marriage ceremony etc. They ignore individuals booking guest. Whatever they serve to there bulk guest they serve to you something left.

Good location, nice pool, big and clean rooms, booked it from mmt, so got in reasonable price. I booked delux room, they have issue with the curtains, cut on half and not fully covered windows. The buffet food varieties is less, so go by a la carte. Very beautiful resort, clean pool. Overall a nice stay. And yes, in my room there was not any almirah to keep the clothes but have one extra double bed so problem resolved. Also the ac shows 16 degrees but not cooling that much. There is both hot and cold water in washroom. Overall the stay was good. Enjoyed a lot in the pool.

The resort is very conveniently located and easy to find. The staff is friendly and helpful. Resort is clean. The food is good. There are lots of areas to sit outside and enjoy nature. Very nice restaurants nearby and recreation activity centre is also at walkable distance (paid. The rooms can be more clean especially the bathroom and sheets as well. They can also improve on service, for eg, there was no water bottle in our room. When we called the reception they were sent. But such small things go along way to create lasting impression. However, overall it's a good property and i would recommend it to my knowns.
