Hotel looks very average from outside but when we entered the room it's really really very good. Complete neat and clean 4 star hotel

The rooms was premium with all the facilities you get in a 3 star. Staff was helpful and rooms were clean. Would totally recommend this.

My parents, two senior citizens stayed here. They had a late check-in and next day their train was cancelled. The hotel manager did everything in the best of his capacity to help them. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located on the main pinjore - kalka road, so accessibility is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful

We have stayed only for a night in this property. Room is comfortable. The location is 1. 7 km away from kalka railway station. It was shown as less than 500 meters. Please correct it. I chose this for its location as i have to catch the toy train to shimla in the morning. But in reality is 1. 7 km away from the railway station. Please note

Arrived late, had room dinner, the place was squeaky clean. Had to leave next morning the checkout was hassle free. A nice place overall.

Everything is good, but price is too high in comparison to offline. There is ~1k amount absolute variance.

The stay at wind-cross was homely and comfortable. The rooms provide all basic amenities and are absolutely speck free clean.

The hotel was decent, clean and convenient. Staff were helpful and supportive. Hotel is on first floor with no lift, but staff take care of luggage.
