We stayed for 2N in windflower resort for Dusshera holidays. Good location with lot of trees. Fresh air. Good indoor and outdoor activities to engage. The buffet was good. They do something to control the flies near outdoor dining area. Also we found a lizard in the room.

Good Stay
The resort is good. Accessible (close enough to the city and a long drive too) yet secluded and lush with greenery. The weather added more serenity to our stay. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Always smiling and willing to assist with requirements. The villa in which we stayed was straight out of the 90’s and remained there. They could get it upgraded to have modern amenities. There was some construction going on near the pool so our usage of that was a little less enjoyable. The food is a healthy variety. South Indian to continental. Sufficient to satisfy the hunger. There are some fun activities to do for the more active folks. We enjoyed our stay. The place definitely needs a complete upgrade in terms of technology and amenities.

Great place for a weekend getaway
This is a very good place. It has a great ambience and the food is extremely good. Also, there are multiple activities to explore.

Average Stay
The room was good, although there was a mouldy smell coming from it. The breakfast was good, and there was a good spread, but the lunch was overpriced. I felt that the property is not worth the amount we paid, although it is quite a nice place in general.

Overall ambience is good // but it’s very old property & it need lot of renovation , I had booked cottage their ,, no proper hot water // no Pressure from the shower ,, ,, in lot of area inside the room paint was peeling ,, varnish on wood was peeled off ,, ambience Inside the room was very dull , very very basic amenity ,, didn’t try any food ,, so no comment on that ,, Not worth for what they charge ,,

Windflower Prakruthi in Bangalore truly surpassed our expectations for a refreshing getaway! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality enveloped us, making us forget the surprisingly cold weather outside. The food was absolutely awesome, a highlight of our stay! The buffet options were extensive and incredibly well-curated, offering something delicious for every palate. A special shout-out must go to the "3 Beans Salad" – it was an absolute star and a testament to the quality and creativity of their culinary team. For families, this resort is a gem. There were so many activities for kids, keeping the little ones thoroughly entertained and engaged throughout our visit. This allowed us adults to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. The food and location are perfect,cottage maintenance is below average.
The location and the food were great but the maintenance of the cottages is very poor. Mattress quality is very poor for a 4-star-rated property. The power backup system is so primitive that the entire night it keep switching on and off. Also despite keeping windows and doors closed there are so many mosquitoes which spoils the comfort level of the stay.

Property is very good with lot of greenery. There are farm animals as well for the kids to play with. Food was good and delicious. Room was clean and tidy and as expected.

The room was nice, and the food especially the breakfast was quite tasty. However, the bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, indicating it hadn’t been cleaned properly. While the tea and coffee served in the evening were disappointing, the rest of the food was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The reception staff were not courteous or well-mannered. Calls to the reception were often answered and then abruptly disconnected without resolving the issue. Despite requesting a candlelight arrangement for our anniversary, there was no response at all. Additionally, the spa closes at 5 PM, which is inconvenient given the check-in time is at 1 PM. Ordering food or requesting housekeeping required multiple calls before someone would finally respond.

Windflower Bangalore needs to learn hospitality skill
Pros: Very good property Good food - Mutton biryani (room service) was really good. Buffet biryani not good. Decent number of activities Cons: Zero hospitality - Usually a receptionist is always cordial and hospitable, but at Windflower it's the absolute opposite. It does not end there, most of the staff even at the restaurant are self involved, and rather grumpy! There is more hospitality in the healthcare industry compared to this place. No toiletries provided upon checkin until asked. Kids play area has the slide unit but 1 side the ladder or something is broken off. Only 1 loose rope is kept there but there stairs to that part of the play unit is open... Very dangerous as a child can fall from quite a height.

Pros: Resort is covered with Good Lush greenary. Friendly staff and management (One of our kid fell sick and mgmt arranged medicine and delivered to our room) Clean and comfortable rooms. Cons(suggestion for improvement) Consider adding more south indian options to Lunch and Dinner. Child/Kid related fun activities can be improved like Game/Play zones
