We had a thoroughly disappointing staycation experience here. Upon arrival, we were greeted by closed gates and had to wait for half an hour. The staff's unwelcoming attitude set the tone for our stay. At the reception, we were met with uninformed staff who seemed clueless, leaving us waiting another 30 minutes for room allocation. Exhausted, we planned to leave early the next morning for Bangalore, but our sleep was disrupted due to the delays. To make matters worse, the breakfast experience was a letdown. Despite being told it would be ready at 7 am, we found only bread available at 7:30 am. Overall, our stay was marred by poor service, miscommunication, and unfulfilled expectations.
