Soothing and relaxing. The check in and check out was smooth. They even provided us with late check out for 1 guest which is really commendable. The dinner was yum and all the persons were smiling and willing to take orders

I booked for lake side cottage. Only after reaching there i realised bathroom was open roof type and i informed we are not comfortable with open roof toilet. Immediately they allotted another suite room. I'm happy with that fast response and service

Windsor castle in kottayam provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The level of service, ambiance, food, and staff attentiveness towards their clients was exceptional. Our overall experience with them was truly remarkable, and their service exceeded our expectations. The inviting ambiance made us feel a renewed sense of love and appreciation. I had pleasant stay the rooom where all great and well matained staffs were pleasant room service were great. Water activities were fun though. Evening dinner was good overall it was indeed a great staycation looking forward to go there once agin and experience everything from the start again.

We stayed in a lake view cottage which is situated on a private lake inside the property. It was comfortable big and serene. They have complimentary boating facility. There is a small island for snacks and drinks. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

I had recently made a stay at windsor castle kottayam. Have to say such an amazing stay they are providing. So many options for public transportation facilities. The staffs was too good and hats off to their hospitality.
