Elevator wasn’t working, heater wasn’t provided, food quality was disappointing. Rooms are good and spacious. Overall not a comfortable stay.

Points 1) guest login register not available. We signed on slip and we were told that they will make entry in register. This is in complete violation of safety and government norms 2) lift was not operational. And we always had to use stairs for 2 floors. 3) dental kits not available even on chargeable basis 4) breakfast opens after 9 am or so which is quiet late.

The hotel is in need of some serious maintenance. Half of the lights were not working in the washroom, one of the rooms shown had a fouled smell of a room not opened in a while. Electrical switch panels were missing in some places, sheets were stained and looked to be unchanged from a long time, soap dispenser in the bathroom was either empty or broken. For a 3k per night hotel, mineral water, dental kits and small things like iron is expected but sadly these was not available. Every-time we called the reception we were disappointed with the reply.
